AsadoAdventure is a cultural immersion: explore Palermo Viejo, hear stories of Argentine history and street art, taste wine at a family-run shop, pick up blood sausage from a local butcher, then head to a private home where you light the fire, make sauces and enjoy an authentic asado with expert guidance.
Where do the tours start, and how will I find the meeting point? Each tour has its own starting point. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tour's exact meeting location, a Google Maps link, and a Spanish phrase for drivers if needed. If using Uber or a taxi, allow a little extra time to find the spot. Private transportation can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Is the asado experience suitable for vegetarians or non-drinkers? Yes. We always prepare something special for vegetarian guests so they feel fully included—like grilled vegetables and mushrooms, alongside dishes like provoleta. For non-drinkers, we offer water, Coke, and fresh honey lemonade. If you'd like something else, contact us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Booking & Policies
How can I book a half-day tour? Half-day tours live inside the full-day listing. 1. Open the booking calendar for your chosen tour. 2. Pick your date. 3. On the right side of the calendar, choose one of the options labeled “Half-Day Tour” (you’ll see the half-day durations there), then continue to checkout. Tip: If you don’t see half-day options for a date, try another day or contact us and we’ll help.
How do I book the Craft Beer Adventure? Go to the Craft Beer Adventure page and open the booking calendar. Pick your date, then choose Shared or Private and your group size. Complete checkout — you'll receive a confirmation email with the exact meeting point. Tip: If you don't see availability for a date, try another day or contact us.
What’s your cancellation policy? For AsadoAdventure: Full refund with 7+ days' notice 50% refund with 3–6 days' notice No refund within 72 hours, unless you contact us due to a canceled/delayed flight or cruise For other tours: Full refund with 24+ hours' notice No refund within 24 hours
What happens if I’m the only one who books the tour on a certain day? We require at least two guests to run a tour. If you're a solo traveler, contact us first. We can either place you on a waitlist or offer to confirm the tour at 1.5x the regular rate. If others book that day, you’ll be refunded the difference automatically.
Is hotel pickup included in the tour price? Transportation isn’t included by default. If you'd like a private transfer, we work with trusted drivers. Just let us know as early as possible—it’s subject to availability.
Food & Diet
Do you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions? Yes, we do. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We’ve accommodated everything from nut and gluten allergies to pescatarians and more.
What will my children eat and drink during the tours? Children are welcome and usually enjoy the same meal as adults. We also offer juice, water, and soda. If they'd prefer something simpler, like pasta or grilled chicken, let us know in advance and we’ll prepare something they'll enjoy.

Are children welcome on your tours? Yes! We offer child pricing and can accommodate families on any of our tours. Argentina is very family-friendly, and even our Craft Beer Tour includes non-alcoholic drink options for kids.
What should I wear and bring on the tour? Wear comfortable shoes and clothing—especially for walking tours. A hat, sunscreen, or a light sweater can help depending on the weather. Don’t forget your appetite and your camera.
Is there a dress code for the Asado Adventure? Not at all. We want you to feel at home. Come casual and comfortable—we’re lighting fires, prepping food, and eating together. No fancy shoes required.

Can I book a private asado class for my birthday? Yes, we love hosting birthdays and special events. Private experiences can be customized with decorations, wine upgrades, or even a custom schedule. Just reach out and let us know what you have in mind.

Do you offer tours for solo travelers? Yes, we welcome solo travelers. Since we require at least two participants, solo guests should reach out first. We’ll try to match you with an existing group or discuss options for a guaranteed booking.
Is this a small-group tour? Yes — all of our tours are small-group experiences. The Asado Adventure and Craft Beer Adventure cap at 10 guests, the Pizza Tour caps at 10, and the Palermo Viejo Food & Neighborhood Tour caps at 8. Private tours are also available if you'd rather it be just your own group.
Do you offer hands-on cooking classes in Buenos Aires? Yes, to an extent. Our Asado Adventure includes hands-on moments — you'll help build the fire, make chimichurri from scratch, and get to put the provoleta on the grill and salt the meat yourself. Your host handles the technical parts of the actual cooking, but you're involved throughout, not just watching.
What neighborhoods are your tours in? Palermo Viejo is home to the Asado Adventure and the Food & Neighborhood Tour. The Craft Beer Adventure starts in Palermo Hollywood before heading to Colegiales, and the Pizza Tour takes place along Avenida Corrientes downtown.
