How does COVID-19 affect the tours?Argentina's doors are wide open for your arrival. There are no COVID-19 restrictions in place for travel to Argentina. Just make sure to have your passport and visa ready (if you need one) and you're good to go. So pack your bags and get ready for an adventure in Argentina!

Where are you located?Asado: Since this is a private home, we will give you the address once you book. We will send you the address and a Google map link for your convenience. If you tell us where you would be coming from we can give you directions. We can even send you instructions in Spanish so you can print them out to give to your driver, but finding us is very easy since we are located in the heart of the very fashionable Palermo Viejo barrio (neighborhood) of Buenos Aires. If you choose private transportation through us, your driver will already know how to get here. Food tour & Craft Beer tour: For the food and the craft beer tours, we will send you the starting locations of each one.

Will you pick us up at our hotel?The tours do not include transportation. We will give you the starting addresses when you book.

What is your cancelation policy?Asado: If you decide to cancel with at least 1 week’s notice, or if the tour can’t take place for reasons beyond our control (e.g. heavy rainstorm or flooding) then you will receive a full refund. If you cancel with less than one week, but more than three days before the tour, then you can have a refund of 50% of the cost of your tour. There will be no refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the tour date, except if you arrive in the city on the day of your tour, and your flight or cruise ship is late, in which case we will try to reschedule. If your flight or ship is canceled altogether, then we can give you a full refund provided you notify us at least 2 hours before the tour starts. Food tour & Craft Beer tour: You can cancel with at least one day's notice (24 hours before tour start time) to receive a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours we will charge 100% of the tour price.

What is included in the tour price?Asado: You will have a full meal: wine (or beer), water, appetizers, first course, salad, main course, and dessert. Before the meal, there is a shopping tour to select the main ingredients with expert guidance. Usually, we visit the butchery, the bakery, and the wine shop. You will be dining in a luxurious private home. Food Tour: All food and drink consumed during the tour are included. Craft Beer: All food and drink consumed during the tour are included.

Are children welcomed?Yes! We offer discounted pricing for children in all of our tours.

If I bring my kids, what would they eat and drink?"Asado: We don’t offer a separate kids’ meal. We offer them the same delicious, amazing lunch that the adults will have. For drinks, we can offer water and juice. We could also have Coke and a variety of other soft drinks that they can choose from. You would need to tell us their preference. Food tour and Craft Beer tour: Argentina is used to receiving children everywhere even craft beer bars where they have non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.

What is not included?Transportation is not included unless you purchase the transportation options. Your transportation at the end of the tour is also not included. We could organize a taxi for you at an additional price or we can give you directions and suggestions for how to get back home on your own or how to further explore the area. Just let us know if you need help with your transportation.

Are the tours in English?Our guides are bilingual, Spanish and English, and the tours are conducted in English. If someone attends that only speaks Spanish we will give the tour in both languages. Somos bilingües y podemos hacer el recorrido en Ingles y en Español.

Do you cater to vegetarians?Asado: Yes! If someone in your party wants a vegetarian option we can accommodate that and plan an individual delicious alternative meal for them for the asado tour. Food tour and Craft Beer tour: For the food tours we will have to pick alternative restaurants. You can ask us about our vegetarian options beforehand via email.

Do you offer tours all year round?Asado: Yes, and we don’t cancel for rain either unless it’s very heavy. An Argentine asado doesn’t cancel for anything. This does take place in a private residence so in the case of inclement weather we could eat indoors. Food tour and Craft Beer tour: For the food tours and the beer tours we tend not to cancel for rain unless it's very heavy.
