Make your own chimichurri!
I invite you into my home in the heart of Palermo Viejo, a very trendy neighborhood in Buenos Aires. In my kitchen, I will show you how to make your very own Chimichurri.
If you want to follow along you will need the following ingredients mentioned below. Otherwise, you can just watch and ask all the questions you might have.
At the end of the tour I will send you the recipe along with the instructions so there is no need for you to take notes.
Dried Oregano – Traditional chimichurri calls for mostly dried herbs.

Crushed Red Pepper – This ingredient adds some nice heat to the sauce.
Thyme – Aromatic herb that helps round out the flavor and aroma.

Paprika – We use sweet paprika and this helps give our chimichurri a beautiful red rusty color.

Fresh Garlic and Parsley – The only fresh ingredients involved and we mince these to add to our chimichurri

Salt and Sugar – Just a little bit of both of these to help season.

Authentic, relaxed, and informative class.
I learned so much with this class! Now I can bring the authentic taste of the Argentine asado home with me. Frank, the host, really took the time to answer all of our questions and I left the class knowing that I could do this at home without a problem.

Excellent class and the best chimichurri I've ever had!
I lived in Buenos Aires for seven years and I have had a lot of different chimichurris. Frank's recipe is hands down the best. My husband and I took his virtual class and learned a number of great cooking tips. We have since made Frank's recipe twice and in two different ways…
